I'm trying to reset my password, but get this error: "We could not find your email address in our system." Can you help?

This message appears when the email address entered on the login screen is not in our database.  You may have used a different email address to register, or accidentally typed the email address incorrectly when registering.

If you did not use a different email address during registration, please email us at support@goanimate.com and we’ll help you get that sorted out.
